The problem
A luxury agency needs a site that matches the properties it sells: fast, polished, easy to browse on a phone, and always in step with the live listings inventory rather than a manually updated brochure.
What I built
A Next.js site with a deep-green luxury design language, smooth momentum scrolling and animated presentation, drawing its listings, agents and leads live from the agency's tenant on the Propzy platform.
The result
Live at jaderealestatebelize.com since July 2026, with listings managed by the agency through Propzy and enquiries flowing straight into their CRM.
