The problem
Payroll in Belize means local rules: social security, tax bands, leave and overtime conventions that foreign payroll software does not model. Most small businesses do it by hand every fortnight, and it eats days and produces errors.
What I built
EasiMan is a multi-tenant HR and payroll platform: employee records, leave, pay runs and payslips, with a NestJS and PostgreSQL backend and a React front end. A separate super-admin plane manages tenants, and every page ships with synchronised in-app help.
The result
EasiMan runs in production as a hosted service, with tenant onboarding, pay-run processing and payslip generation working end to end.
