The problem
The agency's WordPress site was slow and disconnected from its actual inventory. Every listing change meant editing the website by hand, and the site's performance undersold the properties.
What I built
A rebuilt Next.js site for the agency, with listings, agents and leads served live from the agency's tenant on the Propzy platform and a CRM at their own subdomain, migrated from WordPress without losing existing URLs.
The result
Live at ambergrisislandrealtors.com, with the agency's inventory managed in one place and the public site always current.
